| For general problems, have the teachers restart their computers first. This eliminates 80% of the problems right away. If it still doesn't work after they have restarted, get a detailed description as to what the problem is. Try it yourself to eliminate user error. If there still is an error, take Fortres off and try it again. Fortres is only for Windows 98 machines. Windows XP has it's own security - you will need to login as yourself on the teacher's machine if you need to install programs.
